We will ship your  order as soon as possible, however please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  
Because NZ Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered within the target timeframe. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.  
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost.
We cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the courier. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

fLash Eyelash Serum has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product in the first 90 days you can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. For the guarantee to be valid Proof of Purchase is required, the product must be returned and the claim must be made within 120 days of purchase.  
If purchased from this website simply contact us at info@flasheyelashserum.co.nz to arrange your return / replacement. Once we’ve received the empty tube and/or any unused product to us we will issue a replacement / full refund via the original payment method. Please note that cost of shipping the return back to us must be paid by the customer.
